Kent Beck has unfortunately put on hold his book on Extreme Leadership, but there's still the Oct'01 draft available for discussion . Imagine a team where every person understands that it is part of their job, however uncomfortable, to influence others and be influenced by others... Leadership is creating change in other people... The follower in the dance actually leads... Learn to learn like a river... Perhaps this is why stories work so well for teaching, because they connect from an uncomfortable, maybe unsafe place to a comfortable place... First, help the follower be aware.
