Article from comparing the Net to , suggesting a need for increased regulation to save society... A prohibition or tax on third-party advertising on the Internet would be a straightforward way to roll back commercialization and preserve habitat for citizenship... -s on science and technology policy, lay participation in the design of new technologies, community-based research, and protection against hyper-commercialization of the Internet exemplify the type of creative changes we need... oy.
