I'm a little concerned about heavier use of Story Telling, as evangelized in [Steve Denning]'s work. I think storytelling is good for breaking out of intellectual ruts. But, like metaphor, storytelling carries the risk of being used without analysis as a sloppy way of argumentation. Does the DotCom bubble qualify as a case study?
