Considering the recent Merrill Lynch investigation based on internal emails (see z2002-04-16-d), and now the use of the personal journal of [Michael Capellas] in the HP merger lawsuit, we definitely seem to be heading toward a Transparent Society. But we're still early enough in the process that we may be tempted to try and avoid any bit-trail of our thoughts.
