Wealth Bondage on why Dave Winer deserves [Social Venture Philanthropy]. In addition to economic survival and growth, the company seeks to create a true free-market of ideas on the web, in which peers work with peers, or as citizens, rather than as passive recipients of broadcast, mass-cult, copyrighted content... What we need are the Visionary Funders who are willing to invest in real Social Change - The Replacement of the Doms by the Subs. Or, even more unthinkably, the replacement of Doms and Subs by Citizens and Peers. I agree with this wholeheartedly, and believe it's a philosophy held by many Two Way Web participants.
