Excellent Jon Udell note on the risks of certain approaches to the War On Spam: If we rule out spontaneous association then we will not have defeated the spammers. They will have defeated us.
Once again, I just don't understand why neither MozIlla nor Ms Outlook have a simple filter for "sender appears in my address book" so you can have a (after-the-others) filter to move messages not meeting that condition to a probably-spam folder. I hope OSAF fixes this.
