CookIng Of The Day: [Steak Pizzaiola], from Cooks Illustrated. I cheated and used a jar of sauce, though I added fresh onions and other stuff. Since the steak only gets [Pan Fried], it was quite red inside. The end result was delicious.
Also broiled asparagus instead of sauteeing, which was also really good.
