(with ) on the implied of permanent [URL] space. Is a permanent record possible? The suggests that it is. In 1995 I didn't believe that search engines would be able to keep up with the Web. Today I can't imagine that the - or its successor - won't. I wonder whether individuals' might play a significant role as well? There's definitely some logic to keeping a copy of anything you point to in a . if others can read that copy? As long as doesn't index it, maybe?
