[Daniel Steinberg] interview with . Alan will be a keynote at 's [ETCon] this month. programmers don't understand. He answers that we "could ask the same about architects. What don't people get about ? Today we still have buildings that are ugly and towns that are ugly. Simplicity and beauty aren't high on people's requirement lists."

I had missed that Kay joined [Hewlett Packard] in Nov'02.
