It may look like a crisis, but it's only the end of an illusion.

Jeffrey P Shell compares the ZWiki code structures for ZoPe v2 and v3. *In any case, it's interesting to compare the ZWikiPage class from ZWiki for Zope 2 - with 10 direct superclasses - to the WikiPage class from ZWiki for Zope 3, with only one direct superclass (Persistent)... So, with all of that touched on, what are some of the downsides to Zope 3 development? Well, there's the configuration language, [ZCML].* Hmm, what's this equivalent to in other languages/environments?
He also expresses his frustration with the content of many wikis. Hmmm, try going through a blog's archives to find coherent information? But it is a valid criticism, even in a 1-writer wiki. (I hope the combination of a Wiki Engine with good renaming features and an Out Lining Rich Client will lead to some improvements.)
