Annoyances Of The Day:

spam messages that are 130kb+. What the heck are they doing? (Not a huge deal for me, but if you get 4 in one day it can fill up your YaHoo mail box.)
false WebLog update pings. Mark Bernstein (pushing from Tinder Box?)
blogs that don't ping at all. Robot Wisdom, [Hypertext Kitchen], Peter Kaminski (hey, it's easy to do this manually)
slow WebLog pages because of includes from other sites for counts of comments, etc.
