Ed Yourdon's new edition of [Death March] Projects has a chapter on Critical Chain Plann Ing. Excellent ranting about Multi Tasking.
[Frank Patrick] has a number of interesting posts about Plann Ing (including a long bit about Agile Software Development and Critical Chain). He's also about to launch into a series of pieces linking strategic, resource, and Project Management - something that should be of interest to those living in a multi-project environment and wondering if effort at the micro level truly reflect the macro direction for the organization.
