Hacked together a way to support FOAF:

went to foaf-a-matic and generated the data
created My Foaf Rdf wiki page and just pasted it in (nothing else)
created foaf.rdf [Dtml Method] that just returns the contents of My Foaf Rdf (this is necessary to avoid all the standard_wiki_header stuff).
voila
registered at the bulletin-board
