Stowe Boyd on Instant Messaging becoming in-ConText Collaboration Ware. In essence, Real Time in-context collaboration is based the implicit groups of people associated with information resources. Every report, purchase order, [Power Point], appointment, or email implies a group of people that are collaborating toward Shared Goal-s. If every object has a URI (make that long document a WiKi page with Purple Numbers), and people pass around VCard-s for themselves including their IM handle, things get simpler...
