I've added an RSS v2 feed to the existing v0.9x. Both link tags are there for [Auto Discovery].

The v2 isn't strictly valid because the spec wants an email address as an item author value, which doesn't map well to the WiKi world.
The v2 has a bit of content from the blogbit-type pages (just the raw Structured Text, which is probably ugly but usable for now), and the lastEdit comment from true-wiki pages.

Any feedback on whether the v2 breaks your reader would be appreciated.
