Thought Of The Day: every Rss Aggregator should by default poll subscribed sites only every 6 hours. As aggregators increase in use, most users won't notice/care, and there's no reason for them to be constantly polling stuff.
I guess the counter-argument is that blog server should support Http Conditional Get. But: how many of the big sources of blogs do?
