Ross Mayfield notes comments by [Geoff Cohen] and Seb Paquet on whether Group Think is necessary for Action Able effectiveness. I think a shared MissIon is necessary. Whether that amounts to Group Think is a fair question...
One thing I find useful is that Collaboration Ware helps make thinking explicit, which can help surface assumptions, and give questioning [Team Member]-s a platform for their concerns...
