Dana Blankenhorn tells IBM to go beyond the LinuxOS DeskTop idea to a Home Server.
Update: a commenter to his original post frames the Home Server as a "personal database server": this makes sense from an Always On perspective. After all, what are medical, personal inventory, and security applications doing other than building databases, often huge databases? Hmm, a market for OSAF?
