So, having just read Eastern Standard Tribe on my PDA, having done the same thing with Down And Out In The Magic Kingdom, I feel like I owe Cory Doctorow some money. Challenges to Business Models For Information. Some options:

buy one of these books in paper - might do that for Down And Out In The Magic Kingdom so I can highlight chunks...
