John Perry Barlow gives an update on his path toward Physical Fitness. Either I missed the details of his regimen the first time I read it, or it's been added since. Half-hour-daily on the stationary bike, eating lots of fish and no simple carbs; no eggs, dairy, or wheat (for allergic/inflammation reasons).
