copies an article about a new chain of -s called [New Model School]-s being started in by Civitas, charging less than half the typical annual rate. Civitas insists it will not be a "crammer" and will instead emphasise music, art and [PE], subjects that Ofsted inspectors have said are often squeezed out of the national curriculum. ()
