on the tensions of being a vs . Why is this highly intelligent person stuck doing menial jobs like creating online forms and converting diagrams to 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week? Ok I'm exaggerating. But it's still a good question: why aren't I satisfied in my career? And the sad answer is: because I'm a Generalist.
