I too had nightmares with [Jennifer Convertibles] years ago. And it wasn't even a walk-up, but just a not-huge-enough freight elevator. We screamed until they came back with a different crew, who got it into the elevator in about 45 seconds. With more screaming we were able to avoid paying double for delivery. But I wouldn't deal with them again, they are truly scumbags. (Product Quality)
