Hugh Mac Leod on re-invention. Perhaps all companies in the future will be basically Skunk Works, minus everything else? Currently "big and permanent" just exists for Wall Street's benefit, but there's no reason a large company (BigCo) can't have a 5-10 year Exit Plan.
