Josh Marshall is helping accumulate name of congressman who supported the Voice Vote for the "[De Lay Rule]" allowing Tom De Lay to keep his position even if he is indicted.
The [Public Campaign Action Fund] has a petition for you to sign calling for a non-Voice Vote repeat of the vote to put congressmen on the record.
Update: it worked!
