Cliff Atkinson is writing a book Beyond Bullet Points which tries to move users of Presentation Software to a different level of Live Performance. He's done lots of interviews: Guy Kawasaki, Robert Horn, Seth Godin, Michael Schrage, etc.
He calls this Micro Media in the sense of being designed for use with a small targeted audience. Some examples: Thomas Barnett's Pentagons New Map, Rob Stein's presentations on needs for Democratic Party change. Also John Boyd's and Tom Peters' presentations.
