Guido Van Rossum on hassles with using [M2 Crypto] PyThon library for SSL. Includes ranting about SWIG. Is there an alternative? Bill Janssen recommended [Py Open S S L].

Dec'2007 update: comment says I believe all the issues Guido originally experienced have been fixed a long time ago. The latest [M2 Crypto] release is 0.18.2.
