How did I miss that the free Copernic Desktop Search engine supports MozIlla EMail?

prefer GooGle's use of the browser, I think

Jul'2008 update: argh, I'm back on the Mac now.

could tweak setting in Thunder Bird to use [Spot Light], but that process converts all the [MBox] files into individual single-email files, and that smells bad.
looks like Google Desktop time.
