Phil Jones takes issue with Chris Dent's claim that Purple Numbers should have no meaning (such as sequence), making the excellent point that a key strength of the WiKi concept is the use of a Wiki Name as a URI. Some random thoughts...
the Folkson Omy model doesn't have to lead to a unique resource, but rather a collection of resources (sharing a given tag assignment), whereas here it's pretty important to have a uniquely identified resource
this smells slightly similar to the DNS/Name Space vs GooGle situation. It's hard to create a unique meaningful namespace.
in Structured Writing every Information Block has a label. Blocks don't necessarily map exactly to [Purple Number] entities (I'm not sure whether a single bullet point necessarily counts as a standalone Information Block).
Chris Dent thinks each list item IsA Information Block. I agree, but don't know whether Robert Horn would agree.
