is so ugly that it takes some of the joy out of for me.

Sept'2005 update: I got more used to it. Also, v0.8 looks much better (in terms of the interface at least, not as much change to the map contents). And there are some key new features, like exporting a bitmap and creating hierarchy-breaking "graphical links"!
