[Max Borders] interviews Thomas Barnett. But I'm not going to ask about 170 countries for their permission. I'm going to ask about 20 countries and they're going to be the rich countries. I think

there's some question as to whether it's right to have 20 countries handling such extreme power
conversely, they may never agree on anything, so it won't be any different from today.
