We're switching from Cingular (originally ATT) to VeriZon for Cell Phone service.

It must have taken an hour to go through the paperwork, partially because... (but also because their systems stink - you have to enter the "right" phone to order, it doesn't give you the pick-list, so when a unit number changes you have to try again)
JiHi needs a "World Phone" - (Samsung [SchA795]) which they don't even carry in the stores, so you have to activate the service, and then wait for them to ship you a phone
- I did the purchase on Sunday, and the guy said the phone would arrive Tuesday. Of course, it shipped Tuesday using 2nd-day, so it will arrive Thursday.
- she had lots of problems using the World Phone in Europe. And she has since broken the antenna mounting - hopefully [Super Glue] will do the job, since the warranty doesn't cover such things.
  - there were enough other problems that she got a replacement.
