[Right Now], which is known more for its call center solution than its offering, acquired [Sales Net] to better position itself against the market leader and [Net Suite]. We tried out [Sales Net] at before going with - the product was narrower in scope but priced no cheaper, and I was annoyed by its focus - you couldn't even log in with , and the version required a full install.
