on forming your after you already have a market based on relationships. Even if your customers aren't really a community, starting a blog or talking at conferences will help you test the market for your idea without investing any hard capital. If people like what you're doing when it's just words, they'll love what you do for real. I'm not sure I buy that - what you're thinking about, and think you're saying, isn't the same as what people are hearing so your is noisy. Real and release will tell you a whole lot more.
