Steve Brotman on the "7 Essentials" from [David G Thomson]'s [Blueprint To A Billion] ISBN:0471747475 book about the factors key to taking your StartUp to $1B in revenue. Thomson's site has the first chapter to download. Shades of Crossing The Chasm, but with a broader scope.
I wasn't blown away from the first chapter, will have to browse it more in the bookstore.
