on the challenges facing any service. People don't want to let you know what they're doing. What would really drive a lot of calendar usage is if you could negotiate for people's time based on levels of trust, open times in their calendar, etc. I think if people only had to shared their info (and it were integrated into their needs) they'd be more accepting...
