[Steve Urquhart], State Representative in , is using -s to (a) get input on pending legislation from citizens, and (b) using it internally as chairman of the Rules Committee to get input from other congressmen on managing that process. !

Feb update: he used the process to help get a bill passed. (One that doesn't even take any money from the -s that kids leave - does that mean taxes go up?)
