[Matt Mahoney] on the CultUre differences between a Team Wiki and a Public Wiki (like Wiki Pedia). The value of a wiki is not to replace all interactions, it's to remember them. More specifically, it's to remember them in a way that is easy to organize (link, tag, search) and recombine (copy/paste, include) for the relevant people (invite).
