We're actually doing Sfa Via Issue Tracker Wiki now (for retail sales).
Salesforce Com was out of the question, between complexity and price (I could maybe live with $75/month if there wasn't a 12-month contract).
I considered High Rise, but the lack of a basic lead-listing functions (by owner, by status, by last-action-date, by next-action-date) made it useless for us. Tasks have dates and people, but not leads/contacts.
So we made a new ZWiki space with the integrated Issue Tracker, and I abused some of the built-in category fields to fit our needs. Ticket=lead.
We'll see how it goes.
