George W Bush commuted Scooter Libby's jail sentence for obstruction of justice in the Plame Gate investigation.
The White House still hasn't ruled out a full Presidential Pardon.
Fred Thompson and Rudy Giuliani approve of Bush's action.
Wow - Libby was Marc Rich's attorney who helped successfully get him a pardon from Bill Clinton. [James Carville] (he who writes letters for Libby and longtime Clinton pal) and Fred Thompson, Hillary Clinton's possible opponent, are both part of the Libby Defense fund team.
