The on my crashes when I try to launch it now. It sounds like I'm not alone. My problems seem to start with the [Tele Read] blog.

Following these instructions to update the [Firm Ware]. Yikes 140MB!

Temporary moment of panic when it said I had no backups, but that was because I still had the cable connected. Once I pulled it out, the showed up in the pick list. Pretty slow at restoring messages...

All restored now.

launches without crashing. Don't have handy right now, so can't test updating until later...
