Motor Ola, hoping to pacify Carl Icahn, plans to split itself in two (mobile devices, and everything else).
[Numair Faraz], who had been the personal advisor (?) to [Geoffrey Frost] (who was responsible for the [RazR]), wrote a smoking memo slamming current CEO [Greg Brown] and his predecessor [Ed Zander].
Apr08 update: more plans, including having [David Dorman] replace [Ed Zander] as [Chairman Of The Board].
Apr24: announced that 1Q handset sales were down 39% from a year before!
