was in , so a bunch of folks had dinner. Including . Stowe sprung for a round of champagne, said his these days is "More champagne!". Not a bad idea. Dinner was at Sapa, which was pretty good (lite ). had been trying to get me to go there sometime (she's eaten there a few times). So I finally did. And they didn't have what she thought was one of the best dishes. (She's not a big fan of the [Short Ribs], thinks they don't compare to good Korean meat.)
