[Jane Mayer]'s [Dark Side] book includes an accusation with worked with the on their design.

Seligman denies it.

Jul19: Her book was actually not that precise in its accusation, and his reponse still leaves some fuzziness. Perhaps the greatest lesson is to avoid thinking that "defensive technology" stays that way.
