Hmm, what Python Web Framework makes sense to build the next StartUp on?

Google App Engine just makes me nervous: LockIn, EULA, etc.

but maybe ok for free-yet-public thought-balloons?

DjanGo? Closest to Google App Engine?

Ro Baccia revisit?

And what about Data Store? Do you stick with MySQL or jump to something like CouchDb?

GloriaW still prefers Cherry Py (with [Cherry Template] Template System, because it's pure PyThon).
