I had totally missed that Warren Buffett owns a big chunk of the Moody's Credit Rating agency (since 2002). Doesn't that make his involvement in Credit Crisis2008 a bit tainted? (Conspiracy Theory)

(There are other questions around possible conflict-of-interest with Moody's rating insurance companies, of which [Berkshire Hathway] is one.)
