So some lawyer thinks that Intellectual Property should prohibit the case where the user may experience something different from what I intended when I established my website? I guess it's time to outlaw reviews of books and movies, since the reviewer's commentary might change the user's experience. For that matter, one shouldn't be allowed to talk about a book or movie, except with someone else who has already personally experienced it...
