Excellent examination of the different perspectives about the actions in Jenin, and the general issue of describing "facts" about a messy Real World event. Sounds like a call for General Semantics and EPrime. A larger question, though, might be whether we should not worry so much about this individual event and focus on changing the system/context that makes such events inevitable...
