Paolo Valdemarin is building Project Management Software called teamTasks on top of Radio Userland. It has a little bit of hierarchy: while Radio's outliner means you can build a rich hierarchy, only the top-level tasks within any project have Meta Data like assignedTo and dueDate, therefore the presumption is that all sub-tasks are assigned to that same person, and all have to be finished by the top-level dueDate. Not a bad hack...
