Dave Winer's thinking about possible additions to RSS (0.9x), including 'ttl' for Gnutella support. He also posted an explanation of the process for evolution. I'm annoyed that RSS 1.0 hasn't taken a different name (because somebody has to, and I think Dave deserves "ownership" of it given how much he's done to spread it).
